Easy Strawberry Sauce (no cook, sugar-free)
A fresh, light, and healthy No-cook strawberry sauce. Sweetened with honey.

- 100 grams (3.5 oz) fresh strawberries at room temperature
- 60 grams (2.1 oz) honey
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- a pinch lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- pinch of salt
Blend strawberries along with all of the remaining ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a small food processor or blender.
Transfer the sauce to a clean glass jar. Stir in the chia seeds.
Close the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Serve over Greek yogurt or ice cream.
