-It's best to use a narrow/small cooking pot or saucepan (I used a 3-liter cooking pot) to fry the feta. This way, the heat will stay inside the pot, helping the feta to melt better inside the filo. Unlike using a frying pan, where heat escapes and only one side of the parcel cooks.
