Grape Salad With Apples Recipe

For The Salad Vinaigrette:
- 2½ tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider or white wine vinegar
For The Grape Salad:
- 300-350 grams (10-12 ounce) grapes
- 400 grams ( 2 medium-sized) Granny smith apples peeled and finely chopped
- 300 grams (3 cups) white cabbage shredded
- 150 grams (2 cups) Romaine lettuce chopped
- 50 grams (1 cup) arugula finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons red raisins
- 50 grams (½ cup) walnuts chopped
Prepare the Vinaigrette. Add all the ingredients for the Vinaigrette to a large salad bowl, season with salt, and whisk until thickened.
Toss in the shredded cabbage, apples, and raisins. Mix until the cabbage is thoroughly wet. You can leave the cabbage to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Add the walnuts, lettuce, and arugula to the bowl and mix.
Cut the grapes in half if too large and gently mix into the salad. You can save some to sprinkle on top.
