Greek Red Pepper Feta Dip (Htipiti)
Htipiti is a spicy, roasted red pepper and whipped feta cheese dip. Creamy and delicious!

For The Pita Chips:
- 5 pita chips
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until almost completely smooth. Greeks like it a bit chunky. However, you can pulse until completely uniform if you prefer.
Serve garnished with red pepper flakes on top, pita chips or pita bread on the side, or some crusty sourdough bread.
For The Pita Chips:
Preheat oven to 220°C / 430°F.
Cut each pita into 6 triangles.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with the seasonings, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Lay on a tray pan and bake for 6 minutes.
Flip and bake for 2-4 minutes more until crispy and deep golden-brown.
